In the Tata Motors Edukaan project, my role involved transcribing and documenting user research. I focused on transforming raw insights into structured data, transcribing 34 interviews covering roughly 30 hours of conversations, while our team collectively handled 117 interviews. Beyond transcription, I played a significant role in devising a streamlined approach to documentation, ensuring all collected data was organized and accessible. I also contributed to creatively compiling and presenting segmented information, making it visually digestible and systematically arranged for analysis.
